      Pros

      non. I have worked for the company when they first relocated. There are very few of those people still there. there are no pros for working at this company.

      Cons

      The company has many different computer systems. This instills a silos within the work place. They have rah rah once a month meetings that pat each other on the back with no use information. They layoff good people instead of doing real hiring. They would rather hire new instead of promoting within. New employees beware. You will never get a promotion!

      Nice colleagues, good work atmosphere.

      The cantina, at lunch time is terrible: hot and dirty. Not organized. Projects are always delayed.

      Location is nice. Benefits are good and the brand has a good reputation.

      Cons

      The work environment consists of a completely open floorplan. No one has an office except the CEO and even that is all glass. It is difficult to work because you hear co workers on the phone and are distracted by impromptu meetings. The hours are long because it seems like the groups are understaffed. There is a high pressure to make the business plan numbers and if they are not met, the staffing is "adjusted" to meet the revenue. If the year is good, then they staff up, if bad, then staff down.
