      Cross company clarity and communication are very poor. Especially when you have questions about your pay / benefits. No HR representative can give definitive answers. It's always someone else's fault or responsibility.

      Pros

      Zero supervision or accountability. sometimes we do literally no work for an entire week. I'm not even sure if my boss knows my name.

      Cons

      The line employees run the show. Be ready to be disrespected and lock up your belongings. HR does not help anyone but hourly employees. There has to be at lease 100% turnover in supervisors every year. I will be moving on within the next few months.

      Disjointed Organization

      Cons

      The organization was completely disjointed. There was no accountability for mis-management or bad leadership. I personally watched over a million dollars be spent on a project that had no chance of success. It was all smoke and mirrors.
