      Pays well. Willing to spend to improve.

      Cons

      Complete lack of direction. No cohesiveness across teams. Most of this is caused by poor leadership. Leadership is incompetent. No issues are addressed until they become overwhelming to manage. There is absolutely no on boarding but you are expected to understand how everything works soon after start date. No amount of money can make you ignore poor leadership.

      Respected despite my young age (21) Clean Mostly positive work environment with mostly good people Opportunity to move up in the company Good benefits & pay for location Transparency (in my personal experience) Culturally diverse Cafeteria Exposure to many different manufacturing technologies (Automation, in depth PLC observations, robotics,)

      Cons

      Poor communication Constant (overwhelming) changes in the workplace Incompetent engineers Unwillingness to provide training that you can put on your resume or that provide certifications, I assume in order to only make you employable to Electrolux
