Pros

Good benefits for full timer

Cons

KL site QA leadership has no idea what they are doing. No technical nor leadership skills, causing the QAs not productive enough to take up higher challenges. Very politic and toxic leadership causing experienced and senior QA leaving one by one.

Pros

Code quality is outstanding. Development environment outstanding as well. (You don't waste any time at all troubleshooting "configurations" and "containers" and whatnot.)

Cons

As far as I can tell, the Bucharest studio mostly does backporting to older versions of hardware. When I was working there, they were terrorizing us with DEI stuff. I'm giving it one star for "Diversity & Inclusion" because those of us with families and kids were more like outcasts in that company.
