Pros

You get EA Game Credits on a yearly basis, which is pretty rocking, and after you spend your credits you can buy games that EA produces at a discounted rate. In addition, they have Beer Friday, which is "Bring your own Beer, just don't leave work drunk." The perks are nice, and I like the SCUM Methodology they used to conduct daily meetings. It really held everyone in check when it came to getting your projects completed on time.

Cons

Well, I found working for Electronic Arts to be very political. If you rubbed the wrong way with someone, you basically would eat lunch alone, and not be invited out with everyone else to get a soda downstairs or something of the sorts. I found the memos received from upper management were not very detailed, so we were kind of in the dark about things. In addition, the way our director handled people was very passive. He would never come out and say something to your face, but he would let other people do his dirty work for him. Kind of sucked.
