Pros

Top 3 reasons: (1) Chance to work on critically acclaimed franchises including Madden, SIMS, FIFA, Battlefield, Mass Effect, Star Wars, etc. (2) Opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in the industry. (3) Support for career development and growth.

Cons

The gaming industry requires employees to work fast, deal with immense complexity across a wide range of disciplines (audio, art, programming, analytics, business models, game design, etc.), and be open to regular change (i.e., new hardware platforms, new business models, etc.) - so for some people this is overwhelming.

Pros

Cafeteria with reasonable price and the campus is nice -- after that it goes dowhill fast. Benefits are pretty good too.

Cons

It is an interesting company but a company run by programmers / computer jockeys is probably not the best option and they are paying for it now as you can see thier stock has not gotten off of the floor from the crash
