Through organizational commitment, we take a combined approach to our people's growth and professional development strategies. We empower them to see RELX, our sister companies, and Elsevier, a vast job marketplace for them to explore. We also provide them the resources and opportunities to manage their career development. If you are unsure how to do this, we ask you to speak to your manager and your HR business support. They will provide you with the support that you need.

Pros

My time at Elsevier was easily the most enjoyable of my career . Team colleagues were wonderful and incredibly supportive . Wider colleague structure was excellent too when working on tenders o projects ; salary; benefits ; input to ensure employees health , fitness and diet knowledge was the source of constant webinars. Reward for exceeding target was generous

Cons

Any salesperson is only as safe and protected as there being a robust market that is present and growing. Despite exceptional sales previously the market contracted with NHS pressures tightening and inevitable efficiencies needed to be made. I opted to leave for another company during this difficult time.
