Pros

Great product platforms, great customers, and great colleagues.

Cons

Management on the corporate side is poor with very little business development experience. Travel expectations are overwhelming, 50% at first but that turns into 90%. Very difficult to have a life/work balance.

Pros

Competitive Salarries, chance to evolve your skills and get experience, flexible hours. It has a good projection for the next years of operation.

Cons

Not very organized, still a very "family business" in Brazil. It should mirror the organization of Elsevier Amsterdam, for instance, which is much mora organized.

Pros

Plenty of training, lots of emphasis on "extra curricular" activities such as charity work or external courses.

Cons

It's such a vast company that everyone works in a silo & much work is duplicated.
