      Pros

      I've worked at Embraer for 5 years and could point out several positive aspects about the company, the high management and the teammates I had.

      Cons

      Like any large group, there are their "fiefdoms" and groups that self protects. Nevertheless, regarding such aspect, nothing different when compared any other company in the industry
