Too many Chiefs not enough Indians within this MRO , could operate more efficiently with out all the micro managing and useless Lean / Kaizen policies , needs to focus more on producing a quality product not just producing sub-part work. Lacks in attention to detail the management focuses upon budgets and schedules rather than quality and safety.

Where do I start. If you just want I job or looking to get you over till the career job calls, this is a good place. Management sucks and to really get a good raise and to be promoted, you will have to brown nose. The people in leadership got there by doing that, and it make everyone that what to advance do it. So, if you make a mastake on the job, don't look for team work because your so called co-worker will sell you out for them to look good. That is the culture at Embraer. Pretty soon, the Brazilians will have full control of the company. Management sucks, they have no clue on how to run a company. And to top it off, they got a bell to go to break which you get 2mintues out of the 15 min to get to the cafeteria, then u eat, there yet 2 minutes to get back to your workstation when the bell ring. So, u really dont get a full 15 min break. It's like military you don't have time to chew just bite and swallow. It's like being in prison, also they provide the uniforms black at that. Phrases for based on your lead but give input on your work. So basically, if you're not stroking his or her ego, I guarantee you you will not get a good raise
