      At this time I cannot list any.

      Cons

      Lost focus on core value "Our people are what makes us fly" . People have become a source to cut and discard like garbage. The culture was much better before the New CEO and his team assumed command. They're only interested in selling off the company and lining their pockets.

      Pros

      For a young guy there was tons to work on. The parts/sales department does everything manually, and it's a giant automation waiting to happen.

      Cons

      My supervisor was working on a 3 year outdated database that the couldn't event delete tables on (they didn't convert to newer versions of access). Besides low documentation on tables the department is run relatively well but with old-school approaches. Would have been cool to see some agile approaches
