      Pros

      Great people, good atmosphere. A lot of diversity. Building is new.

      Cons

      Lots of problems from the past continue to impede progress. USA management has close to no influence in the decision making. Brasil has all decision power. Limited room for career advancement.

      Location, Great Facility, Great pay and great benefits over all friendly people.

      Cons

      Not enough proper training or time to learn the numerous ways to do one thing. Very Frustrating on a daily basis... Also feels very sexist towards women.
