Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay room for advancement, steady hours, overtime, and benefits. People were great to work with, company had fun and interesting product to build.
Cons
Somewhat disorganized management process, needed some work on programs, communication gap between home county and Jacksonville location. Better delegation and communication down the chain.
