Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent company to learn and improve technically. Excellent place to exercise the creativity and find new ways / possibilities to reach better results.
Cons
Several company's values are not treated in the practice. If are interesting for the company, there is not any rules. I believe the most of employees could be more valued, but it not happen because there is not aeronautical competitors in Brazil and consequently there is not so much opportunities out of the company for senior engineer.
