      Pros

      Fun company culture, game nights, and co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Management decisions are questionable, poor allocation of company resources, and failure to reward hard work. Unstable place to work since they shutdown quite a few games in recent years and struggle to do the correct things to release new market competitive titles.

      Cons

      The acquisition put people in charge that do not understand games nor the market. The expectations seemed fair but it was all a lie as they pulled the rug out from under the only studio that was doing anything right. We just released a game that has immense potential and great numbers. The lack of understanding of core games probably just put the nail in the coffin for the company, not just our studio. The team that had been 5th planet for all these years is completely gone.
