Pros
Very focused on company culture and making sure employees are happy. Management believes in a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
Several people who hamper things are kept around even though they're hurting operations. Management will listen to your concerns, but either forget or ignore them. Crippling lack of organization really hurts progress: During my time there, company structure was changed pretty drastically several times, but the chain of command was undercut by both staff and COs within a couple of weeks. It's not uncommon to be assigned more and more responsibilities, but for no extra pay or recognition.
