Pros

-You get a good line in your CV to allow you to work in a better place. -You meet good people and celebrate when they leave this place too. -You get to work with a very diverse group of people. -Your mental health improves greatly once you leave.

Cons

-No work-life balance. Mandatory overtime and improvised shifts based on how much crunch this year's project needs. -No possibility of career progression if you are not liked by management, regardless of your performance or positive attitude. -Some textbook sociopaths with no social skills or absolutely useless employees get promoted based exclusively on their brown-nosing skills. -At least in my time, no feedback systems in place to allow you to grow professionally. -At least in my time, terrible pay and no benefits at all. -At least in my time, company exploits looping temporary contracts as far as it can be stretched. -Depending on what language you speak, you will have different privileges: its harder to find someone for Japanese and Korean than it is for Spanish, and that translates to less pay and more job insecurity.
