      - good brand - great resources - positioned well in the market

      Cons

      - senior management pre-occupied by the whims of executive leadership - too much reliance on business development to determine what products and markets to enter - no transparency of brand/business objectives

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
