- Terrible worklife balance, legacy gaming companies work you long and hard, like other entertainment industries, for the “privilege” of working there.
- Some teams have terrible leaders and people not deserving of the title/pay.
- Nepotism/favoritism/cronyism call it whatever you want.
- Very limited growth/compensation opportunities compared to competitors
