      Free games Everyone mid-level below is genuinely great and wants you to thrive

      Leadership is lost in what matters. There’s an intent to try and retain top talent but there’s no clear direction on how they’ll ever do that. MSFT cutting jobs doesn’t help either.

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
