      Pay: $20+ Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k, etc. Environment: Very chill, laid-back. Everyone has their own desk area to personalize.

      Cons

      Work: Can be very routine and monotonous. Depending on what area of the game you are assigned, it can be difficult to keep up the bug count. Metrics: Bug count, checklist tests, and verifies are used, but bug count is the main number they care about. For better or worse, they don't care if the bug is critical or superficial. Raise: Yearly

      Pros

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
