      Getting to work on games before they are released to the public

      Unrealistic timelines for duty completion, mandatory overtime (I did 120 hours in a week) in crunch time before game launch

      Passionate coworkers, great for building your portfolio, a lot of fun events at Blizzard HQ.

      Cons

      Layoffs every six months or so. Everybody is always waiting for the ball to drop. I’ve seen people get let go right after being hired, and others get let go after decades.
