- Company restricts us to work only for the shift hours but as we work with International Team from multiple locations we never felt to logoff on time with respect to shift. - Currently, all finance-related inquiries (payroll, policies) are directed to one advisor, Yash. - While Yash is knowledgeable and helpful, relying on a single point of contact can lead to delays if he's unavailable or overloaded.
