Pros

remote work and you get paid in dollars

Cons

The teams are not aware of the local culture they are working with, they try to implemment foreign policies, they give little to no benefits and the most chocking thing is that the glassdoor ratings are FAKE!! HR ASKS for specific people to give a high rating here as a TASK.

Pros

- Its a great company so far; - They make the most of them to hold talents and develop new ones; - You are able to tell leadership that you'd like to change to a new project and they will make sure to give their best at searching a new one for you with the specs you desire; - They also provide great meetups if you are localized in a big city (e.g. Buenos Aires, São Paulo); - Benefits are great, they offer: sports, learning and team building budget.

Cons

- They have low salaries for LATam people, since its seems to be cheap labor;

Pros

- One of the most high paying consultancies companies in Brazil. - You get to know and work with great clients and great colleagues;

Cons

- The internal process of evaluations is tiresome. You have to fill at least one evaluation every month. - The agile engine managers do micromanage you. The client could be satisfied and happy about your work. But, the AE manager will nitpick some small problem and turn it into a Iwo Jima battle. - You always have to stick to the deadlines, it does not matter if you are blocked in the middle of the sprint or something is happening that is restricting you to do your job: a malfunctioning computer, dependency on other teams, things that are out of your control. Deal with it and get the tasks done before the deadline. - The Engineering manager is not technical at all to understand what is being done in the client.
