      Pros

      It's ok. Good starting call center job.

      Cons

      No 401k, no PTO, only holidays off are Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years, HR dept. hardly ever there (a joke unless you're friends). Probably one of the lowest paying call center jobs in the area. Limited area for growth due to jobs being moved out of the states.

      The job is gratifying; we truly help people in their time of need. The work description is completely accurate.

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
