Coworkers are amazing. Cheap insurance. Security staff is extremely caring and personable.
Cons
Management lets the vendor run the call floor. No continuity in training. No patience for learning. It’s all about the call volume. No real HR. Management does not give employees access to the amount of sick time they have, because they want employees to not use sick time. No longer LGBT friendly. Make it hard to file for FMLA, even if you have been an associate over a year. Do not do anything to make you feel valued as an associate. No employee appreciation. Vendor doesn’t understand call center business. Has no understanding of American work culture. Doesn’t understand that they are becoming a stepping stone for associates going to other call centers, instead of Alorica or West. Extremely poor management; bosses, instead of leaders. No change of pay rate. Managers are poorly equipped to be leaders, and shouldn’t have their position. Too many things to mention.
