- Industry situation will continue to make the company structure vulnerable to change. - It´s a big machine, everything is controlled and centralized. So there is very little room for innovation. - Your career plan is not entirely controlled by you. They shuffle you around like a pawn. - Not a family friendly company. Work from home, or other more flexible work forms are frowned upon. - For a women to succeed, you need to be childless. - Not a very modern company in terms of use of technology. Very old style. Kind of a boring employer.
