Pros
Small franchise in NY, which offers opportunities for you to grow and learn a lot on the job. You get a lot of autonomy (once you go through the bureaucracy of getting things approved) and responsibilities for entry - mid level positions. It's moving in the right direction with lots of new managerial changes and hiring new managers. Company is growing and they have hired 2 women in management positions, which has helped balance the office more.
Cons
Not a lot of support from management. Not a place to build a career because the company isn't as interested in individual growth -- more of a place to gain experience.
