      Pros

      I left a successful career in an unrelated field to work my way up here. Only took a couple years to surpass what I was making previously. They are pretty great at rewarding hard work. The culture is wonderful, and even the acquisition by CDI was surprisingly painless.

      There are scooters in the halls. You be the judge.
