Pros
Fellow employees for the most part are smart/kind people, nice office, free cake once a month. Besides the first floor, accommodations are nice. Hours flexible.
Cons
Archaic hierarchy structure. Treats its customer support department like second class citizens, resigning them to the bottom floor, while supporting a 'moving on up' structure. Recruitment is run by unhelpful team who doesn't care about your growth in the company. Half of my job was reaching meaningless metrics.
