      Pros

      Fun environment, things are always changing, you're always on your toes.

      Cons

      Big Fish has gotten too big and has forgotten how to take care of its employees. You won't find the compensation you're looking for here. It's only ~500 employees after the recent cuts, but they need a lesson in generosity.
