Pros
As long as you do your job, the company treats you very well and lets you all the flexibility you need. The management is inclined to give a chance to everybody, and as soon as your manager sees that you are competent enough to grow, you can get great job opportunities. The work environment is amazing, really "Seattle laid-back", they organize events from time to time and the location is perfect (in front of the Puget Sound). The work/life balance was really good. I would highly recommend this company.
Cons
It's better to fit the "Big Fish mold" to be happy there. You can still express your ideas but you also need to follow some processes and company cultural guidelines. I guess your experience at Big Fish will depend a lot on your managers and your teams. I was lucky enough to have amazing ones, and that helped me to make my work interesting and enjoyable. Benefits are ok.
