Part of Binance’s ethos is brutally efficient communication. This means, our leaders and teams communicate only when they need to with specific asks or information.
This also means communications are targeted. This is because we want our employees to be laser focused, and not get distracted by noise.

Now, this can sometimes be perceived as lack of transparency. In a large organization like us, some information can fall through the cracks. But our focus is to not over-communicate and distract employees. We always urge our employees to reach out to their managers or HR reps if they feel they need more info to effectively do their jobs.
