Cons
-Not competitive salary, almost every other exchange pays 50% more, even the small ones -Salary is passport and ethnicity based. If you are from LATAM or SEA you will get around 1000$, while the EU. AU or NA colleagues from the same team that do the exact same job will get at least double and sometimes triple of that from the beginning and they get higher annual increment on top. -Very small salary increment every year - No job security during bear market, they hired new people like crazy during bull run and then just started firing them by hundreds and thousands during the bear market, literally just after 6 months from hiring craze. Why hire so much people at the first place if can't survive bear market -Thin chance to get promoted, they prefer to promote the ethnical Chinese more than the others
