Bad management - Trade Analyst Braskem Employee Review

Nonqualified management: Braskem brings a new manager from Brazil every three years. They get overpaid and receive many life improvements, but they are culturally at a different level than European staff. They ask for support in their new position and overload staff with extra tasks that they should assume for themselves. Their management skills only exist once they have been placed in a lower position in their country. They do not communicate well; they lie, bully, and insult you if you disagree.
