      Pros

      Nothing. Literally nothing at all.

      Cons

      I was so excited to work for this massive company that seems to have it all figured out. Maybe at the corporate level—if you’re on an account you will be at the mercy of the leadership team. Everyone drops like flies because they get blamed for wrong doing. In reality it’s management using you as a scapegoat for awful leadership and the famous boys club everyone keeps talking about in these reviews.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
