      Responsibilty to oversee own project with little interference from line management. World wide opportunites to remain and work

      Cons

      American computer systems built around US working strategies, can be a challenge. Ie Requires supervisor/ offsite permissions to input/ change data, which may well be site level functions in the UK. Excessive and varying office management required at site level. Many functions could be improved by centralisation.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
