      Pros

      The company has numerous systems in place that were designed to increase the efficiency of appraisal production, such as an internal database of comparable properties.

      Cons

      The systems are only beneficial to the extent that they are implemented. If you're working with a group of appraisers that refuse to contribute to the collective good of the practice, you might as well be on your own.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
