      Pros

      CBRE is a large enough company to have good benefits and a career path. Training opportunities are decent. And most of the employees are good.

      Cons

      Since real estate is cyclical, there are too many layoffs. CBRE isn't great about finding you a next position if your account downsizes. And I really don't think they care too much.

      Pros

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
