      Pros

      Great training and a great platform with great clients.

      Cons

      You are on your own. Market leadership show no support for staff and will never back you up in a problem. You really have to watch your back constantly. Undermining staff in their jobs is past time for asset services management in the Houston market.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
