      Well known company - looks good on resume good benefits OK bonus packages

      Cons

      Insane hours, not paid overtime little recognition from management can't move up the ranks easily pay is very low for new graduates

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
