      Pros

      Great place to start out. Small teams, flat hierarchy. Ample opportunities to interact to experienced seniors. The learning curve is steep.

      Cons

      The Consulting & Valuation team at CBRE works very hard - 60+ hours per week. Taking long vacations is very difficult. There is little else that is wrong with CBRE.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
