      The benefits are good and there are many opporrunities for advancement. They are the clear industry leader and experience at CBRE can open a lot of doors elsewhere.

      Upper management's view toward staffing and salary costs is short sighted, resulting in poor work life balance and high turnover.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
