      Largest real estate company in the world, new opportunities every day.

      Cons

      Low possibility of career advancement, top echelon of the company is the same group that provide executive opportunities only among themselves. Your job security is minimum, you are only as good as your last game.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
