      The resources and training within thecompany are good. Benefits are slightly above average. Quality of personnel high.

      Cons

      Politics abounds and the brokers are treated too well while the ones that get things done aren't acknowledged for their support.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
