      Pros

      Great source of knowledge, lots of intelligent people good view of the sector.

      Cons

      Really don't take care of employees who are not 'major' producers while letting the big producers get away with inappropriate actions over and over. They seem to rather take the financial hit of replacing employees than helping them grow and advance.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
