      Pros

      Non financial benefits are good.

      Cons

      Maybe the other regions are better, but the UK reigon is terribly run, they don't value staff, hirearchical and don't value employee input. Senior management are in a loop of patting each other on the back. Virtual signalling and silencing people who don't agree with the "everthing is great" narrative.
