CI&T is a very innovative company, and tries its best to follow the best agile practices. The company has many great amenities to keep its workers motivated and happy, such as: free fruits daily, language courses, video games, happy hours every day, and the possibility to work from home are just a few of the many benefits. Depending on the project and the managers, you will have great career opportunities. CI&T gives the opportunity to work in different projects with different technologies, and also gives the opportunity for you to learn new things.
Cons
It all depends on the project. If the client is cooperative and wants to follow CI&T lead, it all goes well, really well. But if the client does not accept the CI&T processes and way of working, there's a lot of pressure, no work-life balance, no career advancements, no technological advancements, and no process (agile, scrum, kanban...). It's a big mess. Some of the offices are great, with many amenities, but some offices like SP and RJ are smaller and don't have the same benefits as Campinas or BH - It's a little bit unfair.
