Business Outlook
Pros
Good work environment, people and benefits. The office is good, and we have a good infra-structure. There is a well defined career plan and it works. Managers are opened minded and work close to the team.
Cons
Salary is not so competitive then in the other companies in the region. They tend to make you stay in the same project for too much time sometimes.
