Pros
A very organized company, the management team is very competent, and you can learn a lot about agile management there.
Cons
Has only trivial, data based projects, and because of that the technical challenges are of very low complexity, it's very difficult or rare to learn something new or to use the state-of-art technology. And is very conservative in this part, new projects use old technology to keep the risk low.
